Vegetable Korma (a dish rich with coconut and cream)

Serves 4 - 6

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup peas
  • 3/4 cup green beans, sliced
  • 3/4 cup cauliflower florets
  • 3/4 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 jar (15 ounces) PATAK'S Korma Sauce
  • 3/4 cup single cream
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped

Method:

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions for 1 minute. Add the remaining vegetables and fry for 3 minutes.

Stir in PATAK'S Korma Sauce, cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes until vegetables are cooked through.

Stir in the cream and the tomatoes. Heat to boiling, then serve on a bed of rice.
