Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 (15-ounce) jar PATAK'S? Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
  • Hot cooked rice

Preparation:

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add the chicken and saut? 2 minutes. Add the cooking sauce and stir well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
